Trying to capture the essence of Amelix is like trying to make a liquid that would burn through anything, if you managed to create the liquid what would you end up keeping it in. People often ask what does Amelix do and the answer we try to give is “Everything well”.

Amelix was born when entrepreneur Louis Hurst wanted to create an agency that could offer bespoke solutions for those problems no one else wants to deal with. Amelix was founded to work with brands and agencies to maximise their promotions activity by using the latest technology and national resources.

Since its birth Amelix has grown rapidly and now offers many solutions to customers all over the UK and Europe. Our portfolio of services includes our marketing and promotion logistic services, youth engagement services and products as well as telecomunication services and continues to add to its portfolio of services.

So how can Amelix do so much? well … It’s all very simple: we know the companies we work with trust us with the reputation of their brands and their relationships with their clients, or with thier telecoms or anything we do for them so we know we have to get it right.

All our team live and breathe our 6 rules of life and as a result our company has grown rapidly, and recruited and retained some of the best brains in the business.

We also bring in experts in thier field we want to reward and retain the best people so we can be confident in what we offer to every Amelix client.

We at Amelix also promise that all of our clients will experience exceptional customer service with whatever service you use us for.  We believe in understanding your needs and objectives entirely, and delivering our promises on time.  We will work closely with you and your team in order to develop the best results.

It is our aim that at least one member of the Amelix  team is always available should you need us, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Your Account Manager is supported by at least five of our team members who will respond to your enquiry within a maximum of 4 working hours or 8 hours if outside our usual office hours.

Our business is built on effective and efficient customer service and we have set ourselves the highest standards to which we are all committed. However, should you ever feel our level of service falls short of your expectations – tell us!
