We appreciate booking a bouncy castle is not something you do every day so we have tried to provide you with as much information as we can when booking
You can either book by calling us on 0844 801 99 21 or by emailing bounce@amelix.co.uk if you are emailing can you please let us know the date, times and what size of bouncy castle you are after. We will aim to get back to you within 3-4 working hours.
You can book anytime, however it is advisable to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We have been known to be able to supply bouncy castles with as little as 4 hours notice.
Prices start from £45.00 per day for our smallest inflatables however, there are a number different options when booking ranging from if you want the castle delivered or you will collect, how long you want it for and if you need any of our staff to man the bouncy castle for you.
There is a £10 delivery charge on all bouncy castles within a 20 mile radius of our unit in Canterbury CT1 1DX. Delivery is available for locations further than this and one of the team will be happy to give you a quote.There is no delivery charge when the bouncy castle is being manned by one of our team or we are supplying the bouncy castle to a client that we are also supplying stage or other solutions for as part of a bigger promotion.
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.
Yes, we have worked along side a number of different charities, schools and fund raising events and can put together tailor made packages to help maximise your fund-raising efforts.
Yes a non refundable 50% deposit of the total cost is required upon booking any of our bouncy castles.
There are a number of ways to pay. You can pay us via BACS (Sending a payment from your online banking) simply setup Amelix as a third party payee and send your payment to us. Please use your invoice number as a reference. Our bank details are as follows: – Bank Name: Lloyds TSB Account Name: Amelix Limited Sort Code:30-91-60 Account number: 00697103. If it’s easier you can pay using all major credit and debit cards over the phone by calling 0844 801 99 21 or send a cheque made payable to Amelix Limited to 67 John Wilson Business Park, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 3QT (Please put your invoice number on the back of the cheque). Please note due to the high costs imposed on us by our bank we need to charge a 2.5% on all credit card fees and a £2.50 processing fee for accepting cheques.
We offer bad weather insurance for a 5% of your total booking fee. This will mean you will get a full refund should the great British Weather get the better of your event. All your booking fees will be refunded if the weather conditions don’t allow the event to take place.Any cancellations made further than 14 days in advance of the booking a full refund will be made of all fees less a cancellation fee of £15+vat. Cancellations made less than 14 days of the event will be subject to our standard cancellation fees which will consist of the entire 50% deposit. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will be liable for the full booking fee.
At events where we are supplying an inflatable free of charge an administration fee of £15+vat maybe applicable should the event be cancelled.
All our castles have a built in shower covers so they can still be used in showery conditions. However, our bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. We do however offer a bad weather insurance for 5% of your booking fee and if taken out and your event needs to be cancelled due to weather conditions a full refund will be made.
Yes, we can set up on this type of surface as long as you let us know when you book, in order that we can include groundsheets, safety mats and sand bags for anchorage. Please note: We may not be able to set the Inflatable up with sand bags in strong winds.
Equipment is supplied under full protection £5 million public liability policy and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied upon request, along with safety certificates of each inflatable. All our staff are fully trained and CRB checked.For private hires where no Amelix staff are present Amelix can accept no responsibility for liability when the castle is in use at an event.
