All post and faxes are seen by our logistics administrators before being dealt with by the member of staff responsible. For this reason, all written correspondence are centrally scanned onto the file and then routed to the correct office. These facilities are maintained by our central logistics cente in Kent.
All staff have personal e-mail addresses, but copies of all incoming and outgoing e-mails are stored on a central server that can be accsessed by Directors of the company.
