Customer Retention Up
Over the last 18 months we have retained 96.92% of our customers. We are delighted that despite the current gloomy economic climate nearly all our customers have remained with Amelix.
In July 2012 Amelix carried out some in depth research into the business to help shape the future of the group. The research showed over 95% of our clients had either placed another order within a 12 month period or renewed a contract when it expired.
Amelix Group Director Louis Hurst said “To have over 95% of our customers stick with Amelix is absolutely fantastic and shows our passion for getting things right for our clients is paying off. However; there is a lot more we can do and we need to focus on making our services even better”
Over the last 6 months Amelix has invested heavily in new systems and is currently recruiting more members of staff to help with the companies continued expansion.
Revenue for the first quarter of the Amelix financial year also rose 15% year on year and the recent acquisition of DevoCall has meant a sharp rise in the number of clients Amelix now services.
Louis Hurst added “We have had a great year so far and we know we can’t become complacent. In September 2012 we are working towards a re-structure to the way we do things, nothing will change dramatically for our clients but each area of the group will become more defined and streamlined to help us deliver even better services to our clients. We are also going to continue the investment in our systems and people to help fuel future developments. Watch this space as there is a lot more to come from us between now and Christmas.”
