We also assign every project, however large or small, a dedicated account manager who will be available throughout your entire promotion, working with you on every aspect, from developing the promotion plan and logistics and managing brand training sessions to the actual promotion itself. Every account manager is also supported by at least 5 other members of the team, so if they are not available someone else will be able to help you, and we promise to get you answers within 4 working hours of any queries being raised (usually a lot less).
In terms of making sure we get the delivery right we have a database of over 1000 staff spread across the UK, which means that we have local staff in every town, city and region.
We also have at least one promotion logistics manager in every ITV broadcast region (in large cities and bigger towns we have more than one). Their job is to keep a check on all the activity happening in their area and report back to our logistics centre.

For example if you were planning some activity in a certain region and the roads were closed or there would be a better opportunity planning it on another day we would feed this back into the planning process.
