Allows you to view the phone number of the person calling you. Unless it is a withheld number or an international call.
Call Waiting – £1.50 per month
A short beep whilst on the phone alerts you to another call coming in on the line.
The option is available to end your original call and answer the new call, swap between both or continue your current call.
As a business this means you don’t have to keep the line free when expecting an important call.
Answer 1471 – FREE
Dialling 1471 will tell you the last number that called. Unless that caller withheld their number.
Answer 1571 – £1.50 per month
A basic voicemail service asking the caller to leave a message in the event of no answer.
The service will store up to 10 messages for 20 days.
Three Way Calling – £1.50 per month
Is a quick and easy conference calling service that saves you making lots of calls at different times.
Ideal for small to medium sized business.
Anoymous Call Rejection – FREE
Your line will reject any calls from callers who withhold their number before it comes through.
Withold Number – FREE
When you make outgoing calls your number is withheld automatically by default.
Call Divert – £2.00 per month
From the main landline you can set a divert to another UK landline, mobile, or overseas number.
Calls are charged at the usual rate when calling to the diverted number.
